***Before Your Appointment***
There will be a travel fee for all appointments scheduled. Please refer to my home page or Instagram Prices highlight to confirm your travel fee cost.
I carry a nail train case and a table to all my appointments, please make sure there is ample room for my equipment along with an accessible outlet. I would only require 2 chairs for yourself and I.
Late fee's will be applied to anyone who is 15+ minutes late to their appointment, after 15 minutes you will automatically be charged $10. For every 30 minutes passed you will be charged an additional fee of $10. To avoid this fee please make sure you are close by to your phone so I can contact you when I arrive. Depending on my schedule for the day, if I have other appointments after yours and you are not ready after 15 minutes of your appointment, I will have to cancel your appointment and you will need to reschedule for another time. Reoccurring tardiness will result in you not being able to book with me in the future.
Before I arrive I ask that you have your meals and smoke breaks since I have to make sure I am on time for all my appointments due to being mobile.
If you have pets or children, I ask that you have someone supervise them as I will need your attention the entire time I'm there. (If you have no one to supervise your children or pets, I ask that you kindly prepare so that our session is not interrupted.)
If you are booking for someone under the age of 18, please let me know before booking an appointment and I ask that there is a parent to supervise them as well.
After booking an appointment, if you want a set with designs please email or direct message on Instagram as soon as possible to confirm with me if I can achieve it and have time for the design you have in mind. (There will be no changing within 48 hours of your appointment to a more complicated design as all appointments will have set timeframes)
On average most of my appointments range from 1.5-4 hours depending on the length or designs you chose. Please email or direct message me on Instagram to confirm how long it will take for your appointment if you need to do something urgent after our appointment.
I offer a 3 day guarantee period if you experience any chipping, breaking, or rhinestones missing. You will receive a repair free of charge. (If product breakdown was not caused by error in application and exceeds normal wear and tear you will be charged $5 per nail excluding travel fee.)
My current working hours for the week are Tuesday-Friday along with Sunday. On Mondays or Saturdays if you wish to request me on my days off, it will be $40 extra on top of your service, this includes holidays and after hour appointments (appointments made outside of my availability).
